Cancelation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours (3days) prior to check-in time will recieve a full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to check-in time will recieve a full refund minus one night's rent per site booked.
• Cancellations made after the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.
• Any guest evicted from the campground for any reason is not eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

• Payment in full is required at the time of booking and refunds will be completed in the same manner as the initial payment.
• Please allow 5-10 business days for funds to be credited to your card.

Age Restriction Policy

• Any unit staying longer than 3 weeks (21 days) must be manufactured in the year 2000 or newer.
• There is no age restriction for units with short-term reservations.

Winter Camping policy

• Guests are required use a heated water hose.
• Guests are required to plug-in the heat tape at their site's water hydrant.
• Skirting is permitted but management has to approve the material/look of it.
